Marketing Coordinator 1, 2, 3About the PositionThe Marketing Coordinator role is a Boise-based position, responsible for assisting with day-to-day operations and client relationships, direction and project execution for Stoltz’ assigned accounts. You will work with the project manager, account management team, and creative team to fully develop our clients’ strategic initiatives and grow accounts through effective writing, research, and project management. This position reports to the Director of Accounts.NOTE: There are three levels within the role. The candidate will be placed into the level appropriate based on skills, experience, etc. upon hire.Stoltz Values and NormsAt Stoltz we are all leaders. Our norms reflect these values in action and we expect our team members to engage with other team members and clients in a manner that reflects our intent to show up fully and respectfully at all times.RequirementsMarketing Coordinator 1 ResponsibilitiesPrepare account service-related documents such as meeting agendas, meeting reports, proposals, and other client communications and correspondence.Work side-by-side with the Account Project Manager and the Digital Project Manager to open and set up projects in Workamajig.Utilize Workamajig to ensure project tasks are scheduled appropriately and stay on track through completion of the projects, internal or client-facing.Maintain current work-in-progress files and archives of past project information as appropriate.Develop and maintain a working-level understanding of strategic research principles.Proactively communicate with the account, creative, and strategy teams in a professional, efficient manner.Assist with media campaigns and Stoltz content analytics/reporting.Create, proof, and edit copy for press releases, blogs, and other communications.Assist with client and staff events.Efficiently execute all assigned tasks.Marketing Coordinator 2 ResponsibilitiesAll duties as noted above with the addition of:Consistently execute communications with internal team and assigned clients.Support internal public relations efforts (including strategy, project management, media relations, campaigns, thought leadership efforts, and more).Contribute to creation of communications plans and client strategy decks.Consistently meet expectations of quality outputs such as press releases, analytics reports, and client strategies.Marketing Coordinator 3 ResponsibilitiesAll duties as noted above with the addition of:Contribute ideas to and work closely with account and creative leads to create in-depth strategies to clients.Demonstrate understanding of communications and strategy development practices.Partner on strategy, communications, or client projects with minimal oversight.Demonstrate excellent presentation skills keeping different audiences in mind.Note: For all levels, the responsibilities are not exhaustive and other duties may be assigned as necessary for team and/or company success.Marketing Coordinator Salary Ranges (2024):Marketing Coordinator 1

$35,000 - $45,000Marketing Coordinator 2

$40,000 - $50,000Marketing Coordinator 3
