Vice President of Marketing and Customer ProductsThis role is instrumental in driving our company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in GTM (Go-to-Market) strategy, product strategy, digital marketing, and strategic marketing. They will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies, driving product development initiatives, leading our digital marketing efforts, and shaping our overall strategic marketing direction.

ResponsibilitiesStrategic Marketing:Develop and implement overarching strategic marketing plans that align with the company's business objectives and growth targets.Identify market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on emerging trends and customer needs.Collaborate with executive leadership to define the company's market positioning and brand strategy, ensuring a consistent and compelling brand identity across all marketing efforts.GTM Strategy:Develop and execute comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for new product launches and existing product lines.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing, sales, and product development efforts to drive revenue growth.Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.Product Strategy:Lead the product strategy and roadmap, working closely with product development teams to ensure alignment with market demands and company goals.Drive the development of new products and enhancements to existing products, from ideation to launch, ensuring they meet customer needs and market requirements.Collaborate with sales, customer support, and other departments to gather feedback and insights for product improvements.Digital Marketing:Develop and oversee digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and online advertising, to drive online traffic, engagement, and conversions.Utilize data-driven insights to optimize digital marketing campaigns and improve overall online customer experience.Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and technologies, implementing best practices to enhance the company's online presence and reach.Team Leadership:Provide strong leadership and guidance to the marketing and product teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.Mentor and develop team members, encouraging professional growth and skill development.Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and continuous improvement within the department.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:Customer focus – A passion for working with and understanding customer’s needs to anchor priorities and drive solutions.Product strategy and roadmap development - Strong product development experience and ability to implement strategic roadmaps, ensuring consistent execution and optimizing business value.Driving outcomes – Relentless focus on planning, executing, adapting to feedback and continually adjusting to ensure value delivery and business impact.Alignment and evangelism – Championing and enrolling others to advocate for the product, the value and positive impact to the users and the company overall.Communications - Ability to communicate and operate effectively at the executive level and build relationships across all layers of the organization.Relationship building – A track record of establishing and maintaining relationships across a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.Leadership and team development - A proven leader of people, with a track record of training.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; master's degree preferred.15+ years of experience in marketing, product management, and digital marketing roles, with a proven track record of success in driving GTM strategies, product development, digital marketing initiatives, and strategic marketing efforts.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data and market insights into actionable marketing and product strategies.Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas and strategies to internal teams and external stakeholders.In Return We Offer:401(k) retirement plan with company match.Traditional healthcare benefits such as medical and dental coverage, and some unique benefits like onsite health centers, corporate wellness programs, and free behavioral health appointments.Flexible work schedules - including work-from-home options available.Recognition programs with rewards including trips, cash, and paid time off.Family-friendly benefits including paid parental leave, fertility coverage, adoption assistance, and marriage counseling.Tailored training resources including free LinkedIn learning courses.Volunteer time off and employee-driven matching grants.Tuition reimbursement programs.
