The Role
Become the Marketing Lead within a scaling DeFi / Crypto start-upLead digital & growth marketing for the companyCoordinate, edit, and publish blog posts, tweets, and articlesDrive content strategies to build brand awareness (Twitter, DeBank, Farcaster, and Lens)Work with an animator to ideate and develop engaging videosDevelop and manage paid advertising campaigns (social media, search, and display)Audience segmentation, SEO & content optimizationResponsibility over a large marketing budgetRemote or hybrid available (must be willing to come to the office once every other month)
The PersonMust have DeFi / on-chain / crypto experienceSolid marketing experience from the ground upConfident to become the 'go-to' marketing lead within a scaling crypto companyExperience working with a large marketing budgetHappy to come to the office occasionally in Chicago
