The Director, Dealer Training, Recognition and Communication is responsible for leading a team of associates that develop effective recognition, communication and training solutions which support, promote, and enhance American Honda auto sales activities. The position must develop strategies and execute plans that reflect the company’s competitive advantages, values, product attributes and customer benefits to the dealer body, sales consultants and field sales associates through digital portals (iN), in-person events (ride and drives, dealer meetings), and training materials. This position also ensures that the dealer body clearly understands the company direction while also giving the auto field associates tools to communicate that direction. The position is also responsible for developing and implementing AHM’s recognition programs designed to enhance dealership team member performance and alignment with AHM business goals. Additionally, this role oversees major IT projects with the development and rollout of the new Interactive Network (iN) dealer and communications portal.Key Accountabilities
