We’re hiring for a dynamic marketing coordinator to bring our brand to the next level. As a member of the sales and marketing team, you will protect and enhance the Sandcastle Homes brand by ensuring a positive home-buying experience for our customers. This job includes both Marketing and Customer Service. The marketing component involves managing the brand through our website, social media, newsletters, email campaigns, project signage and additional material. The customer component involves being the primary point of contact with our customers from contract to close, and beyond. The ideal candidate for this position balances creativity with structure, can effectively work with a team to bring great ideas to life, and is committed to on-brand quality work. If you can’t wait to get started, we want you on our team. This position reports directly to the President, but works closely with the New Sales Concierge Team.

Manage website content, mailing lists, SEO development, and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevantDevelop branded marketing materials such as social posts, blogs, and web copy that is professional and well-writtenCreate monthly breakdowns of our analytics on web and social, recommend improvements, and identify growth opportunitiesMaintain our social media platforms including messages to our audiencePrepare and distribute monthly newsletterDevelop and maintain product literature (price list, maps, floor plans, features)Design and order signs, banners, etc.Provide excellent customer service in Contract-to-Close activities including:

Provide sales support (manage CRM system, follow-up programs; prepare materials for weekend open houses and report prospects)Conduct market research (supply/demand analysis; competitive analysis; trends)Assist the President in preparing land purchase contractsAssist customers with selections and change ordersEnsure construction has correct selection information on a timely basisCoordinate inspections, walk-throughs, closings, etc.Follow up after closing (gift basket or plant, surveys)

Qualifications:

Must possess excellent project management skills, communication skills, and a strong work ethicBachelor’s degree in Marketing or related majorsExperience with social media platforms, CRM, CSM, and public relationsMinimum 2 years of experience in marketing/brand management or related fieldMust exhibit strong understanding of latest marketing trendsCustomer service experience preferredProficient in Microsoft OfficeFamiliarity with graphic design software (Canva, InDesign, and/or Adobe Illustrator)Compensation:

$55,000 - $70,000 yearly
