The D-Com business is a growth engine for the Mars Food UK and EU business - the ambition is to double D-Com by 2026.

The EU Search & Content Manager role is responsible for ensuring we have optimised content (Visual and Written), search and activation plans to win in D-Commerce both today and tomorrow through operational excellence day-to-day and strategic thinking for the long term.What are we looking for?

Digital content ownership:

Maintain the end to end EU asset management process for new/changed products (e.g. artwork, pack shots, Brandbank, PDS Content) and ensure we have the content to win across Bricks & Clicks, Pureplay & Amazon by working in close collaboration with UK and Global Marketing teams. All content should be d-Com ready.Search Strategy:

Build and execute strategies to optimise our investment across paid search and activations to enable Mars Food to drive share of search across all PDS keywords.Digital Activation:

Ensure we are driving the best ROI from our digital activation investment driving efficiency and optimised activations (powered by creative digital solutions, data & insights and a Test & Learn approach).Integrated Brand Experience:

Ensure we're delivering an incredible Omni channel shopper experience through IBE's helping develop test and optimise concepts.Content and Activation Strategy:

Creation of a full content and activation strategy including leveraging the business to deliver what we need to execute it including a test & learn plan with methodology.Customer Management:

Engaging customers with content & activation, including helping them develop their capability.Partner with the EU DCOM team, the UK Customer team and local, Regional, Marketing & Brand teams and Global Content and Design teams to deliver.Management of third party agencies e.g. Search, Content & Design agencies.Cross segment collaboration to share and learn best practices.Requirement to be in Waltham or Paddington two days per month.What can you expect from Mars?
