The Connections Manager, Programmatic will be responsible for media buying within programmatic DSPs based upon client KPIs, as well as maintaining and analyzing campaign performance data. This role will also be responsible for assisting in department strategy development and processes.What your success will look like

Management of client campaigns including strategy, issuing RFPs, trafficking, and reporting.Creates and refines internal and client-facing performance reports with in-depth analyses of marketing campaigns.Provides frequent progress reports regarding online marketing efforts and performance metrics to clients.Presents recommendations to managers, clients, and prospects.Actively manages optimizations to assure client success.Assists in the management of tagging and tracking URLs.Working in multiple DSPs such as DV360, TheTradeDesk, and/or Amazon.Executes media plans within DSPs, publishers, networks, and managed partner relationships.Assists in new business, RFPs, and client development strategies as needed.Learn, research, and present current industry trends and developments.Who you are and what you bring

About 1-2 years in digital with a focus in Programmatic Media, agency experience preferred.Experience in DV360, TheTradeDesk, and/or Amazon required.Proactive, self-starter with great organizational and time management skills.Understanding of traditional banners, mobile, video, social, and cross-device media tactics.Strong software skills including in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access), and aptitude to quickly learn new tools.Familiarity with conversion tracking methodologies.Knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Omniture, Coremetrics).Familiarity with DCM Trafficking and Reporting or other 3rd party ad servers.Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to handle multiple assignments with effective resolution of conflicting priorities.Exceptional problem-resolution skills including the ability to think creatively in the development of ideas/solutions that will contribute value in a dynamic, client-centered environment.Proactive, self-starter willing to learn new things and be a change agent for the Team.Ability to work well individually as well as in a team.What we offer:

Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications.
