TheManageris a full-time position that is primarily responsible for driving growth in the affiliatechannelfor assigned client(s). TheManagerwill be responsible for the day-to-day management of the affiliate program including client-facing responsibilities, partner managementandassistingwith client requests including reportingandoutreach.The Manager will lead affiliate campaigns, specialized integrations, publisher recruitment, performance optimization, reporting analysis, and brandcompliance. The Account Manager will proactively resolve issues and maintain all relevant internal and external stakeholdersup-to-dateon program developments.Responsibilities:To have a complete understanding of the client’s business, including:

Monitoring and communicating all deliverables to the teamShort- and long-term client targets and needsMarket conditions and trends impacting the client’s business

Supervise associates and senior associates toensure projects and tasks are completed on timeProvide training and best practices to newteam membersQuickly and accurately build ad-hoc reports at client requestDevelop and grow client’s portfolio of active, performing, influential publishers that stay on brandPursue full and current awareness of current top performing affiliates and sales trendsDevelop an excellent professional working relationship with the clientConduct all client and publisher calls with the utmost courtesy and professionalism, including preparations of agenda, call summaries with next steps, and assignment of action itemsMaintain open communication lines internally and externallyRequirements:At least3-years of experience within digital performance marketingKnowledge of affiliate marketing–direct experienceexecutingaffiliate campaigns a plusHigh level of commercial awareness, especially as it relates to digital contentExcellent written, oral presentation and analytics skillsProficient in Excel andPowerpointClient-facing experienceStrong time management and organizational skillsAbility to work autonomously and within a teamProactive, self-motivated, driven, resourcefulLife at GroupMOur passion for shaping the next era of media includes investing in our employees to help them do their best work, and we’re just as committed to employee growth as we are to responsible media investment.
