We practice interconnected design across architecture, placemaking, and landscape architecture to define design as a continuum.We follow a process that begins with attunement, where program and context shape strong conceptual thinking to establish a holistically informed big idea through which we develop form, confirm function, and define experience as the basis on which to explore ecology, material, and tectonic expression. We are known for our bold solutions that are inclusive of the wider context and are ever mindful that an interdisciplinary approach to design brings about inclusive, resilient, and original solutions that ensure diversity and resilience.We have an immediate opening for a senior level landscape design professional to lead the execution of multiple projects from concept through completion via design leadership, strong communication and active independent and collaborative engagement.The Ideal Candidate Must Possess The Following SkillsAbility to lead projects in multiple phases of developmentStrong design skills and a passion for creativityStrong organizational skillsA high degree of self-motivation, flexibility, and resourcefulnessKnowledge of planting design, materials, and technical aspects of landscape architectureConstruction documents and specification experienceConstruction administration experience, as well as experience coordinating with a range of consultants including civil, electrical, and structural engineersAbility to skillfully work alongside internal and external customersStrong written and verbal communication and collaboration skillsRequirementsMinimum Qualifications:8-10 years of landscape architectural design experience through all phases of design and documentationBachelor's degree in Landscape ArchitectureExperience with Autocad, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Sketch-UpRevit and Rhino experience is a plusPlease include cover letter
