The Venue Director II is responsible for successfully managing their assigned venue, maintaining profitability, achieving sales and operations goals, and providing best-in-class customer service to all stakeholders. They will create a culture of achievement, support diversity, pursue continuous improvement, and grow venue relationships.Essential Functions:Provide leadership in executing all phases of events with a focus on customer serviceLead Operations team to ensure efficient floor operationsManage team members, address complaints, and resolve problemsReview P&L, manage expenses, and maintain inventory integrityDevelop strong relationships with venue partners and represent the company positivelySupport Sales Manager in revenue maximizationTrain, manage, and develop the teamProvide technical support for eventsComply with safety protocols and SOP'sOther duties as assignedEducation & Experience:High School Graduate or equivalentFive (5) years of management-level experience in the audio-visual and/or hospitality industry preferredDemonstrated experience aligning team members behind common goalsExcellent communication skillsBenefits:Performance-based incentive plans on top of base salaryGenerous time off with PTO, holidays, and sick/personal days401k with a contribution matchHealth, vision, dental insurances, and moreRequired Skills & Knowledge:Strong technical aptitudeGood working knowledge of computer hardware and softwarePlanning ability; able to plan and prioritizeStrong interpersonal skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailStrong team player orientationProfessional appearancePinnacle Live is an E-verify and Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
