We currently operate between Miami and Orlando - one of the most heavily traveled and congested regions in the United States - and we intend to further expand our rail service to Tampa, Florida, with additional stops proposed along the way.Our passenger rail system offers a travel option that is faster, safer, more eco-friendly, more reliable, less expensive, more productive, and more enjoyable than travel by car or air. We can operate up to 32 trains daily that are capable of speeds of up to 125 miles per hour, and we own stations located in the heart of downtown cities and major transit hubs in Florida.Your PurposeBrightline’s Brand Management & Creative Development team takes the lead in driving ridership demand aboard Brightline trains by infusing our brand at every touchpoint, creating conversion-friendly and actionable creative and consumable content, as well as delivering compelling marketing campaigns.We are looking for a Senior Designer to join our team who will drive the execution of the visual development of deliverables. As a senior member of the Brand & Creative team, you will play a key role in supporting the Art Director in developing and governing the visual identity of our brand and all its expressions. Collaboration with the internal teams is essential to ensure deliverables align with Brightline objectives and drive results.The project variety here is endless, and you’ll work on everything from promotional campaigns, digital signage & wayfinding, to emails, pitch decks, social media posts, print ads, menus, event invitations, digital experiences, web & mobile ad creative, and more.Your RoleConcept, design, and format brand, co-branded, and partner creative, and develop design assets as directed across a range of platforms; social, web, out-of-home, print, and more.Take projects through all phases of the creative process: strategic planning, brainstorming and concepts, execution, and delivery.Pitch and present creative work to cross-functional teams using strong design thinking to communicate design concepts with clear reasoning behind proposed solutions.Collaborate with tightknit creative services and marketing team, as well as business stakeholders and vendors to meet objectives.Partner with production companies and other vendors from quoting to file prep, reviewing proofs and owning logistics to ultimately receive the final work product.You8+ years of well-rounded graphic design experience at a high-volume creative or ad agency, graphic design firm or in-house corporate creative department – motion graphics and wayfinding experience a plus.Must have a portfolio of relevant design work from a variety of digital, print and out-of-home creative for consideration.Team-first mentality; resourceful, motivated, proactive, and eager to contribute to the overall success of the team.Strong understanding of design, creative workflows, typography, layout, and brand identity principles.Meticulous and goal-oriented with a keen eye for the smallest details.Strong sense of communication and relationship-building with cross-functional teams.Strong comprehension of the print production process is helpful.Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).Ability to work onsite in our corporate headquarters in Downtown Miami at least 3 days a week with occasional travel to our stations across Florida required.We are a new business model – agile and evolving.
