Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer - Full Time

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence (@ecomdegreeuniversity) across multiple platforms, creating engaging content, and developing strategies to increase our online visibility and drive sales to increase MRR. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media marketing and a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.Duties:Research the top trends on TikTok and recreate them on our page.Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with our brand goals and objectives.Create and curate high-quality content that resonates with our target audience, including graphics, videos, and written posts.Manage and optimize our social media accounts, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.Utilize Hootsuite to schedule and post content, track analytics, and engage with our followers.Conduct social listening and monitor industry trends to stay ahead of the competition.Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and customer service, to ensure a cohesive brand voice and messaging.Analyze and report on social media metrics, including engagement rates and follower growth.Use Adobe Creative Suite to design and edit graphics and videos.Proofread and edit all social media content for accuracy and clarity.Stay up-to-date with the latest features and best practices in social media management and graphic design.Assist with e-commerce marketing and promotions.Skills:Must have a marketer's mindset and know what type of content will drive results.Experience in social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics.Strong graphic design skills, with proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite.Ability to use Hootsuite to manage social media accounts.Excellent writing and proofreading skills.Experience with e-commerce marketing and promotions.Strong understanding of social media marketing and its role in overall marketing strategies.Ability to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media management.Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.Experience with social listening and monitoring industry trends.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.A passion for staying current with the latest social media platforms and trends.
