Our Marketing team is growing and looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Development Representative to join us! We hire in the following states: AZ, CO, FL, GA, IL, IA, KS, MA, MI, MN, NC, NY, OH, OR, PA, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI.The U.S. Healthcare industry is going through a transformation. Patients want access to better healthcare tools and experiences and healthcare systems are stretched beyond capacity and adapting to the new normal after the pandemic. In this role you'll be working on the teams that are being tasked with solving these problems.As a member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for receiving, processing, verifying, and distributing information from inbound lead sources. In addition, you’ll engage those inbound prospects via custom email outreach, and social selling to convert valuable sales opportunities for our Account Executives. We work with 9 of the top 10 Private Practice and hospital systems nationwide, and 6 of the top 10 home health organizations. have a nearly 100% client retention rate and are continuing that work in 2024 and beyond.In this role you will:Qualify inbound prospects based on business compatibilityEngage with inbound prospects who have requested a meeting via Chili Piper, email or phone.Qualify and book meetings for Account ExecutivesWorking closely with Sales & Marketing Leadership to share feedback based on interaction with customers to help improve our processes and approach.Managing and tracking leads using our CRM tools and tech stackWhat you will need to succeed:Bachelor’s degreeTime in a customer facing role (customer support, sales, account management) or in a marketing role with responsibilities related to inbound leadsExperience Salesforce, HubSpot or other enterprise CRMExcellent written and verbal skills and presence, adaptable to your customerHighly organized, with strong time management skills; ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlinesResults Driven:
