The Senior Director of Executive Communications develops CEO communications for global stakeholders and drives strategies and materials that effectively convey the unique voices of the Equifax senior leadership team. This individual creates clear and effective communications for both internal and external audiences that reinforce executive vision, Equifax Shared Values, and progress against EFX2026 Strategic Priorities.Reporting to the Vice President of Corporate Communications, this position offers the flexibility to work remotely two days a week, or from our state-of-the-art global Headquarters located in Midtown.

(This is NOT a fully-remote role)What You’ll Do:

Drive content creation for CEO communications to global stakeholders, including: weekly employee communications, speeches, and corporate town halls as well as Board of Directors materials.

Collaborate with Equifax Senior Leadership to develop and drive strategic communications strategies that support the company’s Shared Values and EFX2026 Strategic Priorities – ensuring consistent and impactful messaging across platforms.

Produce regular internal communications that reflect the voice of the company’s senior leadership.

Craft speeches, presentations, and talking points for members of the Equifax senior leadership team for internal and external engagements, including industry conferences, media interviews, and town halls in conjunction with global communications stakeholders.

Work closely with the Public Relations, Enterprise Content, and Social Media teams to identify opportunities where communications can help advance strategies or address key industry issues.

Liaise across a matrixed structure to support Executive engagements and messaging across international offices as well as recently acquired subsidiaries.

What Experience You Need:

Exceptional writing and editing skills with a deadline-driven approach to content creation.

Demonstrated ability to shift tone and voice in written communications to capture each spokesperson’s unique voice and preferences.

Conceptual fluency in finance fundamentals, with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly and effectively to both employees and external audiences.

Strong executive presence and verbal communication skills, with experience in coaching and preparing executives for public speaking and media engagements.

Proven ability to navigate a matrixed, global corporate environment and manage cross-cultural communication challenges.

Personal interest in Data & Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, consumer/commercial credit and/or economic trends.

Previous communications experience in technology (data/analytics and AI) and/or financial services.

8+ years of experience in executive communications, internal communications, speechwriting, or a related field, with a strong background in corporate communications.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.

What Could Set You Apart:

Fluency in Spanish.

Advanced degree in Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong working knowledge of G-Suite.
