Classification Title:OPS - Part TimeJob Description:Job functions are specific duties that would be included in the essential functions of the job description. These functions are not all-inclusive nor do they cover the full extent of the duties performed.Design, develop, and implement instructional materials and modules for CS and AI education microcredentials including incorporating multimedia elements (e.g., video, simulations, interactive activities)Evaluate instructional materials for accessibility needs and ensure all instructional content adheres to industry standards and accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG)Develop and organize content our course management system (CMS) including optimizing structure, navigation, and user experiences within the CMSProvide support in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to course delivery and content accessFacilitate regular communications with SME to gather and develop content and obtain feedback during the development processCollaborate with graphic designers and multimedia developers to create visually appealing and interactive contentConduct usability testing and gather user feedback to identify areas of improvementManage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously to ensure deadlines are met and quality standards are maintainedMaintain clear and organized documentation of design processes, timelines, and communications with stakeholders$20.00/ hourBachelor’s degree in instructional design, educational technology, or related field.Experience in instructional design.Proficiency in using course management systems.Experience with multimedia tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline)Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices in online learningPreferred Qualifications:
