Tri Star Energy is currently seeking an experienced and qualified Sr. Manager, Marketing & Pricebook Systems to join our innovative Marketing team in our Store Support Center in Nashville, TN. The Sr. Manager, Marketing & Pricebook Systems is responsible for directing, coaching, mentoring, and driving process changes for Marketing Systems as it relates to Pricebook, Rebate Manager, Reporting and all other means of Proprietary (ERP) systems related to the Marketing Department. The Senior Manager, Marketing and Pricebook Systems is expected to keep a current knowledge base of industry system(s) and drive system improvement needs that support accuracy and efficiency to meet company financials and goals.Benefits of Working at Tri Star Energy:Competitive Compensation StructureTuition ReimbursementCredentialing SupportHSA Contributions & MatchingPTO & Community Service DaysEmployee Discounts and Perks401K Matching/Immediate VestingCorporate Chaplaincy ProgramEmployee Assistance Program/Tri Star CaresPrimary Responsibilities:Directs, oversees, and develops the Pricebook team with the ongoing set-up and maintenance of ERP/PDI Pricebook system, including the oversight of accurate and timely set-up and maintenance of all trade vendors and item-level information.Maintains ERP/PDI Pricebook for cost inventory categories including prepared food and dispensed beverage, ensuring accurate and timely item set-up, retail and cost updates, and waste management.Oversees the daily DRIE (Daily Report Invoice Exceptions) processing of vendor cost exceptions, including verification of invoice discrepancies and communication with vendor partners.Maintains ERP/PDI Enterprise Marketlink for cigarette and tobacco scan data reimbursement.Directs and develops the Rebate Manager team with the ongoing set-up and maintenance of ERP/PDI Rebate Manager system, ensuring accurate set-up and maintenance of all trade vendor merchandise product rebate accruals, invoicing, and reconciliation.Ensures company margin goals are maintained through system utilization of cost exception processing and daily invoice exceptions, including monthly vendor communication for statement verification.Develops ERP database reports used for analysis by management, overseeing the generation of marketing-related reports available in ERP/PDI and other company systems.Oversees the successful implementation and daily processing of DSD vendor and grocery wholesaler EDI orders, invoices, and Pricebook file transmissions.Collaborates with internal departments to provide system efficiency, analysis, or projects.Maintains a strong understanding of current marketing-related software and hardware system capabilities to ensure effective system utilization.Provides support with the implementation and coordination of loyalty-based components including the Paytronix, Skupos, Electrum & Koupon Media loyalty programs.Supervisory Responsibilities:Supervises the Pricebook, Rebate, and Product Cost oversight teams.Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures, and applicable employment and labor laws.Interviews, hires, and trains employees.Plans, assigns, and directs work, appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees.Addresses and resolves any team complaints and/or issues.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.6+ years of retail database and systems support experience.Any equivalent combination of education and experience in job-related activities.Preferred Qualifications:PDI Pricebook and FocalPoint reporting experience.Prior experience in the C-Store industry.About Us:Tri Star Energy is a growing, local, family-owned company with nearly two thousand employees and 200+ locations, based in Nashville, TN.
