We develop and promote innovative crop nutrition products and consulting services that help farmers increase yields, improve crop quality, and regenerate their soils.

We are currently seeking a Social Media Coordinator to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this position will develop compelling social media content and ensure a consistent brand voice across all social media channels.

Responsibilities

Create and manage content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedInDevelop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and generate leadsCreate and curate engaging, informative, and visually appealing content that aligns with our brand guidelinesCreate and manage a social media content calendar and schedule posts for both the company and key executivesMonitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and messages, and respond in a timely and professional mannerTrack and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvementStay up-to-date with social media trends, features, and best practicesCollaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics and videos for social mediaWork closely with the marketing team to coordinate social media campaigns with other marketing initiativesManage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and targetingPrevious experience with G Suite, Zoom, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva and Loomly preferred.Audio/Video editing and graphic design experience is highly desirable

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field1-3 years of experience in social media management or marketingProven track record of successfully managing social media platforms for a brand or organizationStrong understanding of social media platforms, their audiences, and best practicesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to create compelling and engaging social media contentProficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platformsKnowledge of graphic design and video editing software is a plusPassion for sustainability, regenerative agriculture, and making a positive impact on the environmentAbility to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines
