We are seeking a Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics to be a key driver in shaping our marketing strategy through insightful data analysis. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Marketing, this role involves leading the marketing analytics function, providing strategic direction, and ensuring data integrity across various channels. The ideal candidate will be skilled in SQL, experienced with Tableau dashboards, and knowledgeable in email campaign segmentation, media mix modeling, paid media analysis, and optimizing offline conversions. This role requires a proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze marketing data from our warehouse using SQL and existing reports to identify trends, insights, and opportunities. Create standardized and ad hoc dashboards and reports to guide business decisions, focusing on automation and scalability. Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards to visualize key metrics, telling the story behind the data and providing actionable recommendations to leadership. Publish and present Excel reports and updates to senior leadership. Validate reports for accuracy and consistency. Assist in preparing executive and board-level materials.Marketing Channel KPIs and Measurement:

Understand all marketing data sources and legacy queries for effective analysis. Track and measure KPIs across various marketing channels, including website, email, SMS, direct mail, Google advertising, and paid social. Analyze funnel metrics and campaign effectiveness, including traffic, acquisition, retention, conversion, and ROI.Email Campaign Segmentation:

Segment and analyze email campaigns to enhance targeting, engagement, and conversion rates with actionable insights.Paid Media Analysis:

Assess paid media performance across channels, offering insights and recommendations to optimize ad spend, maximize transactions, and improve ROI.Media Mix Modeling and Attribution:

Develop media mix models or attribution models to evaluate the impact of various marketing channels and accurately measure initiative effectiveness. Optimize omnichannel conversions for a comprehensive view of marketing performance.A/B Testing and Experimentation:

Design and analyze A/B tests to drive KPI improvements and support strategic decision-making.Collaboration and Leadership:

Work with team members to meet project milestones and deadlines. Partner with the Data team to enhance data tracking and quality, ensuring reliable reporting. Translate business needs into engineering requirements and coordinate with Data Engineering to develop solutions.Personal Attributes:

5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, including proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and Excel.Demonstrated expertise in media mix modeling, attribution models, paid media analysis, email campaign segmentation, and optimizing offline conversions.Working knowledge of customer acquisition, re-engagement, and retention processes.Additional Information:
