Team Overview

The Marketing Intelligence function has been created to lead the charge in this regard, including development of new campaign reporting solutions, and leading the migration of campaign reporting to be delivered through Omni. Our team is charged with evolving Omnicom’s campaign reporting capability and leading the transition of delivering campaign reporting through Omni. We work in tandem and in support of the agency leads to ensure success but allow for agency customizations and ownership as needed.

The Marketing Intelligence function is part of the Marketing Operations business unit within Annalect. Marketing Operations operates with one common theme that is consistent with Annalect’s overall strategy, which is to enable agencies to be able to deliver upon data-driven outcomes by providing best-in-class solutions. Unified under one organization this function contributes towards driving growth, and resource and process optimization across our agency partners which are core parts of Annalect’s strategic priorities.

Position Overview

With the introduction of Omni as Omnicom’s marketing insights and data platform, the holding company is centralizing its capabilities around provisioning data to the organization to make better, faster, and smarter decisions about their clients’ campaigns. The Marketing Intelligence function has been created to lead the charge in this regard, including development of new campaign reporting solutions, and leading the migration of campaign reporting to be delivered through Omni. This position is accountable for supporting Omnicom’s campaign reporting capability and helping to deliver the transition of campaign reporting through Omni. The role will work, alongside more senior Marketing Intelligence staff, in support of the agency leads to ensure success. Areas the incumbent will support within Marketing Intelligence include:

Tech Stack Evaluation – ongoing recommendations of standard tools and technology, define process for including new toolsTaxonomy & Naming Conventions – define standard taxonomy best practices and roll out client or account naming conventionsScoping & Pricing – templatize and customize new requests for profitable, realistic and efficient scopingAccount support – expert client specific advice & guidance, access to flex support where required and alignedBest practices & training – create and disseminate best practices related to all of the above for standardization and time savings

Key Responsibilities

Deliver on campaign and marketing intelligence reporting deliverables while acting as a champion of data quality, including:Generating reports and manipulating reporting data, as neededQuality Assurance of data and reportsCreate and assist with documentationSupport the Campaign Reporting Capability Development process, including owning or assisting with governance of taxonomy and tracking guidelinesSupport media, website, and cross-agency data aggregations as well as building and maintaining data automation systems, for example Datorama, AWS, and TableauSupport the organization in marketing intelligence capabilities, including data visualization; campaign dashboarding, reporting, and data services

Required Skills And Qualifications

1 - 2 years’ experience in digital and campaign reportingAbility to work in an agile manner in a rapidly changing requirements environmentGlobal and cross-functional team and partnership experience in complex, matrixed organizationsFamiliarity with BI technologies such as Power BI, Looker, Tableau, Alteryx, and DatoramaAnalytical mind with problem solving capabilities and aptitudeFamiliarity or exposure to marketing and ad technology dataExcellent communications skills, with experience communicating across groups with varying degrees of technical backgroundAnalytical, evaluative, and likes to solve problemsExperience with ad technology product development is a huge plus

Compensation Range

$49,000—$70,000 USD
