Content Marketing Specialist-Korean Market

Responsibilities
Own content strategy and execution for both Korean English and Korean language storefronts for the assigned regions.
Create video and photo content of recipes and food items that can be found and purchased on Weee!. Deliverables: Video itself, GIFs, photos, etc.
Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Merchandising teams to develop best-in-class app pushes, emails, and website collections that drive revenue.
Build an effective content/editorial event calendar for the Korean market.
Analyze and report campaign performance to provide significant findings, learnings, and actionable insights to leadership and improvements to tools and processes.
Communicate and prioritize tasks on projects with internal stakeholders (product, data, marketing, merchandising).
Monitor daily banners, email automations, and data processes and troubleshoot when necessary.
Deliver weekly performance reports to the Market leader.
Qualifications
Deep understanding of the Korean and Korean American community, including their taste palette, food trends, and culture.
Bachelor's degree or 1+ year of relevant experience applicable to marketing, digital media marketing, advertising, and communications industry.
1+ year of email and push marketing experience.
Excellent writing and editing skills are essential.
Ability to analyze data and draw insights from content performance metrics.
Proficiency with standard design tools like Adobe Photoshop, Figma, Canva, etc.
Familiarity with Klaviyo, an email marketing tool.

Compensation Range
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $66,560-70,000.
This role may be eligible for discretionary bonus, incentives, and benefits.
Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base salary for new hires for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by multiple factors like job-related skills, experience, and work locations.
