This is a hybrid opportunity that mixes project management, creativity, marketing, and business development, and has tremendous potential for learning and growth.In the performance of their respective tasks and duties all employees of RP3 are expected to conform to the following:Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision.Interact professionally with other employees, clients, and vendors.Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments.Work independently while understanding the necessity for communicating and coordinating work efforts with other employees and organizations.Job Responsibilities:Manage and create proposal responses to RFPs and presentations for new business meetings with support from the agency’s subject matter experts and the CGO.Project manage all work within the new business department. This includes events, development of business development decks, RFPs, pitch management, marketing initiatives, developing timelines, leading and managing meetings, marketing events, taking notes, coordinating meetings, coordinating with the operations team with resources, and managing all projects in our project management system, Workamajig.Manage the agency marketing plan and create new initiatives for all communications channels, including but not limited to the agency website, social media, earned media, and events; ensure brand messages are consistent throughout marketing materials and are aligned with the agency’s business strategy; work with the media and creative technology team to post content on the agency website, deploy monthly newsletter and manage social media postings.Manage project teams consisting of executive leadership, strategists, creatives, public relations, freelancers and vendors to take multi-layered projects from concept to completion.Balance multiple workloads and deadlines while bringing a passionate, can-do attitude into the office.Support the CGO in managing the customer relationship database, ensuring all client information is accurate and up-to-date. Tracks, organizes, and manages sales outreach to ensure that nothing falls through the cracks..Organize and maintain a central content library of all new business material, including but not limited to questionnaire responses, agency credentials decks, RFP/RFI responses, pitch presentations, and other content related to new business efforts.Assist with leading new business development meetings.Partner with internal resources and operations team in developing pricing for any proposals.Manage the creation and organization of business development marketing materials.Manage any internal pipeline spreadsheets and go-no-go pitch process.Other duties as assigned.Position/Hours WorkedThis is a full-time position. Given the nature of marketing, this position requires someone with a strong work ethic and growth mindset. Occasional work outside standard business hours is also expected.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related fieldHas 4-6 years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally an agencyExceptional verbal and written communication skillsMust be a total expert at KeynoteGoogle Suite/HubSpot/Apollo/Winmo experience a plusWilling to wear many hats and bring creative solutions to our growing agencyAttention to detail and obsession with meeting deadlinesCore CompetenciesDetail OrientationSales and Marketing MindsetProject ManagementStrong Written and Verbal Communication SkillsTeamworkCreativity
