We need a great internet detective who can source and find dynamic characters of all different backgrounds and philosophies to appear in our videos. In this role, you’ll utilize your excellent interpersonal skills to find top talent for our directors to select from. At Jubilee, we dive into a multitude of different topics and conversations; We’re looking for a star casting producer that is extremely resourceful and bold in their approach to finding people of all different niches, backgrounds, and communities.The ideal candidate for this role has extensive interview experience and is well versed navigating sensitive subject matter in a professional and unbiased manner. They regularly reach out to micro-influencers and lower-level talent to help expand viewership to our content.What You'll DoCollaborate with our casting directors and senior directors on casting strategyGenerate leads to solidify a diverse cast for our hit showsDevelop and maintain relationships with community leaders, micro-influencers, and top-tier talentEffectively manage the outreach and interview processesSupport, and lead casting associates throughout assignmentsOptimize company casting systems (databases, forms, project managing software)Who You AreConfident in handling sensitive subjects. Our mission invites conversations with people from all different backgrounds.
