As part of this journey, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to help craft and execute a vision for the future of how marketers drive success for their businesses.In this role you will be leading a team that drives adoption of one of the central features in Marketing Hub, the Marketing Campaigns product. Both this team and this product help marketing teams across the globe build strategies, align their teams and manage the work that goes into launching remarkable campaigns that help their businesses succeed. You’ll help set the vision that will place Campaigns at the center of the work marketers do day-to-day in HubSpot, helping marketers realize value quickly and maintain a high bar for quality and impact.Product Managers at HubSpot operate in embedded product models and succeed by collaborating with partners across Engineering, Design, Research, and Analytics to make the most impactful decisions to delight our customers. We’re looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team.In this role you’ll get to:

Create a shared vision and cohesive roadmap for the future of this product area as a critical member of the Product Triad – our system for building product collaboratively and strategically

Drive alignment, set goals, build understanding and motivate others, including cross-functional partners across the company

Guide new product ideas from initial concept all the way through launch

Understand our customers and their journey through the product by engaging with them directly and often

Use data to identify opportunities to improve our customers’ experience, devise strategy to execute your ideas, and partner with business stakeholders across HubSpot to make solutions that help our customers grow

Own the product strategy from concept through launch, along with future iterations for one of the core differentiators for HubSpot’s marketing platform

Utilize research and analytics to build delightful and innovative products

Work in collaboration with other product leaders and teams from across the HubSpot product org to deliver exceptional customer value by connecting campaign management with the rest of the marketing platform

Guide the go-to-market strategy to help grow Marketing Hub’s premium product line

Drive meaningful improvements to the full lifecycle of customer success using the marketing campaigns product, from initial product discovery and onboarding, through to activation and ongoing success

We are looking for people who have:

Experience launching products successfully to customers

A multidisciplinary approach to thinking, combining market, business and technical insights to identify opportunities and weigh tradeoffs

The ability to articulate product vision to a variety of audiences

A deep respect for the expertise and insights of their collaborators, including engineering, design, UX research, analytics, and others

A drive to understand customer needs deeply and truly solving for their problems

Excellent communication, influencing, and interpersonal problem-solving skills

A passion for growing healthy teams and leaders, cultivating psychological safety, and facilitating tough conversations that help people grow

A desire to understand how HubSpot products work

The ability to make decisions, test assumptions, and iterate – often without perfect information

Demonstrated ability to adapt in an innovative and fast-paced environment

An understanding of the competitive software space

Experience building products for marketers or in the Martech space

Experience building products to improve customer onboarding or adoption

Familiarity with the role marketing teams play in driving success for their business, and their day-to-day responsibilities

Knowledge of how marketing teams craft and launch marketing campaigns creating delightful experiences for their prospects and customers

Proven leadership skills, and the ability to make decisions, test assumptions, and iterate – often without perfect information

Experience leading cross-functional team projects, managing competing priorities, and influencing stakeholders
