Palo Alto, Sacramento, San Diego, San Francisco, San Jose, Irvine, Los Angeles, Denver, Stamford, Hartford, Orlando, Miami, Jacksonville, Boca Raton, Tallahassee, Tampa, Atlanta, Alpharetta, Chicago, Indianapolis, Des Moines, Kansas City, Wichita, Louisville, New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Baltimore, Boston, Grand Rapids, Detroit, Minneapolis, St Louis, Las Vegas, Hoboken, Buffalo, New York, Rochester, Raleigh, Charlotte, Toledo, Cleveland, Columbus, Tulsa, Oklahoma City, Portland, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Providence, Greenville, Nashville, Memphis, Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Austin, Salt Lake City, McLean, Richmond, Seattle, Washington, MilwaukeeSenior Creative Designer, Associate DirectorThe Senior Creative Designer is responsible for supporting the firm’s most high-value, strategic deals across the following scope of responsibilities:Developing leading practice pursuit design, driving process consistency, and identifying synergies in collateral development.Develop and communicate complex ideas, solutions, and value propositions through compelling visual, cohesive, and persuasive narratives that resonate with clients and effectively convey the team's strategy.Collaborate and stretch team’s thinking to integrate design elements seamlessly into proposals and materials, incorporating user-centered design principles.Ensure design work remains consistent with the company's branding identity, tailoring visuals to resonate with specific client or industry needs.Infuse current design and industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies into presentations and materials.Be a beacon of pursuit excellence, proactively delivering creative design assets to progress the pursuit towards a winning outcome.Focus on Quality and Risk Management of their work and resource management of opportunities by leveraging their pool of offshore designers.Responsible for the performance and resource management of a team of pursuit designers and for elevating team building and mentorship.Conceive and deliver strategic design initiatives that have a significant impact on the firm’s ability to win more, win bigger, and win better.Your key responsibilitiesCreative strategy that effectively conveys and enhances EY’s win themes, solutions, and offerings.Increase the firm’s ability to win more through the upskilling of design team members.Oversee the strategy, methodology, and deployment plans for pursuit designs.Cascade best practices and process consistency across the Center of Excellence (COE).Instill Exceptional Client Service (ECS) principles into the COE process.Develop the visual design strategy that supports our win strategy and client requirements.Contribute to overall win strategy by developing innovative visuals and graphics.Conduct client and sector research to develop tailored creative strategies.Produce design comps based on research to provide the team with creative options.Attend pursuit strategy calls to enhance knowledge and tailor creative strategies.Pitches and influences the pursuit team on creative strategy.Skills and attributes for successMust be able to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Demonstrates versatility and poise in a constantly evolving environment.Solution-oriented with sound design/creative recommendations.Challenges the team to meet production deadlines and ensure high-quality deliverables.Coaches and supports development of offshore and onshore Designers.Performance management of Deal Activation Design team members.To qualify for the role, you must have:15+ years of Graphic Design/Communications / Pursuits Strategy experience.Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.Previous experience managing teams/communities.Strong understanding of Deal Activation or new business pitches.Proven ability to influence and build collaborative relationships.Deep experience in graphic design with exposure to brand marketing.Proficiency in graphic design software and MS Office.Excellent project management and organizational skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.What we offerWe offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package. The base salary range for this job in the US is $127,300 to $245,000, with variations based on location and experience.
