DescriptionAs a

Retail Branch Designer,

you will beresponsible for transformational interior & exterior design of our physical branch spaces across the network. This role is responsible for ensuring branch designs are innovative and industry-leading to providea world-class customer experience that supports the evolving needs of our customers. You will analyze data to determine programming requirements that align with a digital and customer first mindset. In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional team members and vendors to manage a multitude of complex projects through the entire life cycle, ensuring on-time deliverables, cost control and quality. You will lead and support multi-disciplinary projects and initiatives that support the Retail Network Transformation Team and provide project management expertise to plan, organize, deliver, report and measure results.You must have interior and exterior architectural design experience along with strong quantitative, analytical, and project management skills.Responsibilities:Evaluate data and inputs to define programming requirements for individual branchesPartner with architectural vendors to create interior and exterior designs of branch transformationsDeliver innovative branch formats and concepts that support the company’s objectives of mobile first, digital everything, world-class customer experience, innovative capabilities, and deepening customer relationshipsLeverage branch performance metrics and analytics to inform decision making and strategic recommendationsCollaborate with a cross-functional working team to deliver flawless execution of a multitude of complex projects simultaneouslyFoster a continuous improvement mindset to consistently improve branch standards, project delivery and customer satisfactionReview and approve drawing documents in all stages of the project, including but not limited to construction drawings, furniture and millwork orders, equipment plansPosition involves frequent travel throughout the Citizens footprintQualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials3-5 years of experience in Retail interior/exterior architectural design or related experienceProject management experienceSkills & Competencies:Interior/Exterior architectural designHighly motivated, extremely organized, able to work independentlyAdept at working on multiple projects concurrently in a fast-pace, dynamic environmentDemonstrate strong written and oral communication skills, strong collaboration skillsProblem-solving skills to uncover root cause,analyze, summarize and report findings succinctlyDesire to deliver innovative experiences that can be executed on time and within budgetExcellent interpersonal communication and collaboration skillsStrong project management and prioritization skillsSelf-starter with outstanding attention to detail and high sense of urgencyKnowledge in Sustainability Design Principles and accreditationAutoCAD, MS Office Applications,Adobe Suite, Revit, Building CodesAbility to travel throughout the Citizens footprintRequired Experience:3-5 years of experience in Retail interior/exterior architectural design or related experienceProject management experienceEducation: Bachelor's or Master’s Degree - Interior Architecture or Interior DesignHours & Work ScheduleHours per Week: 40Work Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - FridayFlexible location/within Citizens' footprintPay TransparencyThe salary range for this position is $ 103,800 - $ 173,000

per year, plus an opportunity to earn an annual discretionary bonus.
