Join us in shaping the future of uAvionix, where your expertise will make a significant impact in an exhilarating and fast-paced environment.Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Marketing Trade Show and Event Coordinator to join our team. This mid to senior-level position will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing conferences, meetings, and events for an expanding portfolio of markets and business units. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated, with a proven ability to work through the process of designing and executing an engaging trade show and conference presence. This role requires expertise in planning exhibits and sponsorships, management and execution of logistics for events and event attendees, and support for the planning and execution of annual marketing and event plans and budgets.Key Responsibilities:Event Planning and Coordination:

Develop, plan, and execute all aspects of conferences, meetings, and events for commercial and defense business units, ensuring each event aligns with the business unit objectives and target audiences.Production Management:

Oversee the production of exhibits and events, including coordination with the marketing team, sales team and contractors for design, build, and installation processes. Ensure all events are engaging, informational, and professionally executed.Budget Management:

Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and optimization of resources while maintaining high-quality standards.Vendor Management:

Identify, negotiate, and contract with vendors for various event-related services such as shipping, meeting spaces, sponsorships, catering, audio-visual equipment, and other event needs.Cross-functional Collaboration:

Under the direction of Marketing leadership, work closely with each business unit’s sales team, product development, and support functions to ensure seamless event execution and alignment with overall business unit goals.Logistics Coordination:

Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including transportation, accommodation, registration, and on-site management.Marketing and Promotion:

Work hand-in-hand with the Marketing leadership and business unit leads to ensure each of the business units’ strategies come to life in events that lead to enhanced brand visibility, engagement and sales.Performance Analysis:

Measure and report on event performance, providing insights and recommendations for future improvements.Qualifications:Experience: 5-7 years of experience in event planning and marketing, with proven experience with large-scale conferences and trade shows.Skills: Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail. $75,000 - $95,000.Travel:

30%.Annual Incentive Bonus:
