Our global retail client is looking to bring on a Photographer to join their in-house creative agency, Content Studio.As a Photographer / DP for the Content Studio, you’ll be translating the creative vision into reality, ensuring all assets represent the best execution of the creative. You are equally comfortable setting up and shooting high-end commercial fashion stills one day, then lighting/shooting a social video or live stream the next. This position will work on all aspects of asset capture from “on white” product photography (“Silos”) to motion capture both with sound. The Content Production Studio is a center of excellence where we create Social, Marketing, Commercial, and Product work for publication, and you will be at the heart of that creation.Responsibilities:Collaborate with Creative teams to visually realize and bring their ideas to life in an end-to-end production through post setting.Be prepared to plus-up the work through technical innovations, efficiencies, and passion for how our brand shows up in the wild.You’re proficient in all manner of lighting and grip equipment. You consult and have strong POV on which gear we buy, maintain and sell, and on set you direct the lighting approach for your assigned shoots.Shoot both motion and stills for all the verticals that the Studio touches: Social, Product, Fashion, Home, Food, Environmental, and more.Work with the post-production team to ensure all assets created on your sets retain the original creative intent and look better than imagined.Are comfortable shooting silhouettes for all verticals and tiers when needed - no assignment is too small or too big.You run a safe and professional set in compliance with both industry standards and those of Walmart Creative Studios.Basic Qualifications:Proficient with Macintosh OSX operating systems and Capture One Pro, Shot flow for a seamless digital photography workflow.Knowledge of Microsoft OS and PC operation.Creating and articulating mood boards, treatments, and production plans.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, ensuring every image meets our high standards.Good communication skills, enabling effective collaboration within a diverse and dynamic team.Patient and personable attitude, to provide a positive atmosphere and to handle the fast-paced nature of studio work.Ability to stay focused and multitask in a high-pressure environment, maintaining efficiency and quality.Punctuality, reflecting your professionalism and commitment to scheduled shoots and deadlines.Lighting with strobe or continuous lighting; requisite modifiers.Preferred Qualifications:Fashion ExperienceMid Level + Video Experience, motion and video for social and web
