For this role, Epsilon is looking for a

Performance Marketing Manager

to join our growing Performance Marketing team. This role sits within Epsilon’s Performance Marketing team, directly helping to drive demand & lead-generation outcomes that lead to an effective sales pipeline. This role would own the paid search channel in entirety and the successful candidate will bring expertise strategic search strategy & execution, all within a B2B environment.

What you’ll do:

Owning the paid search channel across from strategic development of effective paid strategies, through to execution and measurement

Deep understanding of the mechanics across search platforms, from Google to Bing and emerging search platforms

Develop and manage an ongoing innovation & testing roadmap in the form of A/B tests, multi-variate, new bidding strategies, and creative testing

Deriving action from analysis: informing a testing strategy or campaign diagnosis or optimization based on available metrics

Develop ongoing relationships with industry partners (Google, Bing, etc.) to stay abreast of latest capabilities within the B2B paid search space

Manage budgets across several campaigns & line items, report and optimize accordingly

Daily collaboration with partner teams:

Your colleagues that manage non-SEM performance channels like display, social, etc.

Marketing operations team and Analytics team(s)

Product team to stay current with product & market evolutions that will inform your paid search recommendations

SEO Associates

Site team to manage & optimize traffic in accordance with site updates.

What you’ll bring:

3-5 years of professional experience with emphasis on performance marketing & paid search strategy & implementation within the B2B space

BS degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field or applicable experience in which the required knowledge was gained.

Must have a keen understanding of how paid search is used as a lead-generating channel within the B2B space

Full operational understanding of Google AdWords & BingAds

You are a self-driven problem solver that can manage day-to-day ongoing search business while problem solving operational challenges that might affect traffic and metrics.

Ability to independently author communications in all formats (email, word, excel, ppt) to deliver recommendations to varying levels of leadership within the organization for recommendations & reporting.

Excellent skills in communication, teamwork, problem solving, and attention to detail with ability to work with and present to all levels and functions of the organization.

Time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple project simultaneously.

Applicable industry knowledge (media, advertising, tech, etc.)

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications\- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications\- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD\- Proven working experience in B2B growth marketing, particularly within the financial services, payments, or Fintech industry.\- Demonstrable experience in creating and executing successful demand generation and lead generation campaigns.\- Strong analytical skills with experience in user segmentation, conversion rate optimization and funnel analysis.\- Strong writing skills and understanding of how to write in both marketing and sales tones.\- Proficient in using Marketing Automation Platforms (MAPs)\- Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms and its appropriate marketing applications.\- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in growth marketing and measurement.\- Strong communications, influencing, and collaboration skills (written, translating messages into graphic concepts, verbal)
