Senior Design Manager

The company boasts a turnover of 400m with 30 live sites and a stable pipeline of work in the residential, commercial, student accommodation & leisure sectors.As Senior Design Manager, you will be the design lead on a high-rise residential project approximately 70m in value.You will be instrumental in supporting the development and implementation of the agreed design strategy, managing the overall design process from tender stage through to completion of design, ensuring that all designs meet the required standards and are delivered on time and within budget. You will collaborate closely with the project team to ensure that the design is coordinated with other disciplines, and liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure requirements are met.
