Thumbnail DesignerHello! We’re seeking a talented and creative Thumbnail & Packaging Designer to lead the charge in ideating and designing high-quality and eye-catching thumbnails for Jubilee Media! We’re looking for someone who understands our content, mission, and community, and can create compelling thumbnails for our various Youtube and social media channels that will strongly appeal to our audiences. This role is best suited for the daring creative that is up for the challenge of creating visuals that compel our audience to engage.

We explore experiences that push people to feel more, think more, and see more in others.What You'll DoDevelop and own the thumbnail process: managing thumbnail development from initial idea all the way through to final deploymentCollaborating with creative, brand, and production teams to generate the best designs for maximum CTROwn branding and GFX for newly developed shows and existing showsConcept and design thumbnails for both Jubilee and Nectar brands across Youtube, Snapchat, and other social media platformsTrack thumbnail performance, A/B test designs, and make data-informed decisions that increase CTRStay up to date with current trends/best practices within the thumbnail spaceCoordinate with production team and photographers on set to make sure we are capturing all assets necessary for the creation of our thumbnailsWho You Are1-3 years of thumbnail design experience, specifically for Youtube and SnapchatTalented designer with the hunger to grow your marketing and design skillsAdvanced understanding of the Youtube and media spaceWorking knowledge of graphic/visual trends in thumbnail designStrong knowledge of what it takes to deliver high-quality thumbnails that significantly increase CTRCollaborative and a wildly creative self-starterExcited to help us grow our Jubilee and Nectar brands through designPassionate about Jubilee's ethos & missionWhat We Offer:Flexible PTO plan - take the time you need!Medical, Dental, Vision plans - we pay 90% of the base plan for all our full time employeesLife Insurance, 401(k) planKitchen with free snacks & drinksA creative environment without rigid structure - we truly encourage our team to bring their authentic, true selves to work everydayFun employee-led events, company off-sites, uniquely led team meetings, and so much more!**PLEASE NOTE:
