We accomplish this by empowering elite fitness influencers with a fully integrated technology and business solution to provide services to a massive audience.We are a San Francisco-based company funded by prominent Silicon Valley venture capital firms and founded by experienced tech entrepreneurs who've previously built and sold companies to Google, Dropbox, etc. Our founding team combines decades of deep-tech and business experience of MIT, Google, Dropbox, Microsoft & Intel veterans.

Your roleWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Social Media Strategist/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging social media platforms to engage with our fitness influencers and broader audience, drive brand awareness, and ultimately, generate leads and conversions. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing social media strategies that align with our company's goals and objectives for our fitness influencers. You will work with top fitness influencers globally and help grow the System2 social media assets.

ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase System2 brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation across various platforms (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).Work individually with fitness influencers to help create their individual brands and develop their niche/client persona.Create content calendars, promotions, and marketing strategies for influencers across our portfolio.Create and curate compelling content (including graphics, videos, and written posts) that resonates with our target audience and reflects our brand identity.Manage all social media channels, including scheduling posts, monitoring comments and messages, and analyzing performance metrics.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing, incorporating innovative ideas to optimize our strategies continually.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including current fitness coaches, designers, and the account management team, to ensure cohesive messaging and maximize campaign effectiveness.Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.Optionally, help run paid ads for top coaches and analyze key performance metrics.

QualificationsHave 3 to 6+ years of experience in social media strategy or digital marketing, preferably within the coaching or fitness industry.Deep understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, with a track record of driving engagement and conversions.Strong creative and analytical skills, with the ability to develop innovative content strategies and interpret data to optimize performance.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for storytelling.Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Experience with social media management tools (i.e., paid ads).Proven ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Have the ability to set your own objectives, plan, execute, and achieve excellent results.Care about our vision of making fitness more accessible to everyone, and be committed to health & fitness yourself.
