Just as Visa founder Dee Hock revolutionized the way we pay, Ad Hock is taking a new approach to the internal creative team by developing a fully functional advertising agency in-house. We create high-visibility content for Visa AND our client partners to support every layer of the funnel starting with brand awareness. Approximately 50% of our efforts support Visa's core brand and sponsorships. The other 50% of our work is dedicated to supporting Visa's partners and clients as an external creative agency. This is where you'll step in!Our agency is rapidly expanding, and we're looking for a Senior Account Manager to establish our account management team. This role will be the conduit between the Ad Hock creative team and our clients, and will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the relationship. You will learn our client's brands, strategies, and goals so you can be their champion as projects are developed. You'll provide the white-glove treatment, anticipating client needs and ensuring they have an excellent experience working with our team. And you will be responsible for making sure everything we deliver is practically perfect in every way.This role sits on the creative operations team and reports to the Senior Director of Creative Operations.This is an opportunity to join the Go-to-Market team within Visa's North America Marketing organization. Lead and oversee day-to-day client relationship management and provide strategic guidance, and proactive communication.Identify and pursue new business opportunities and organic growth within existing accounts.Monitor the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns to ensure they align with the client's objectives and budget.Collaborate with operations to manage the financial process including statement of work, budgets, revenue tracking and internal reporting.Guide the strategy, planning, coordination, execution and measurement of client initiatives and ensure goals are met.Supervise and mentor junior account staff as the team expands, and ensure they deliver high-quality work and meet deadlines.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners across creative, media, production, research, and analytics to deliver innovative and effective solutions.Monitor and measure the performance and impact of the campaigns and provide regular reports and insights to the client and internal stakeholders.Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in the industry and the client's category.This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.Qualifications

Basic Qualifications8 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or at least 5 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 2 years of work experience with a PhDPreferred Qualifications9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhDExperience as an account manager or account director at a creative agency or similarProven track record of managing and growing client relationships, delivering strategic and creative solutions, and overseeing budgets and timelinesBachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related fieldAt least 8 years of experience in an agency setting, working on integrated campaigns across multiple channels and platformsStrong leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholdersKnowledge of the industry, market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscape are a plusFamiliarity with relevant tools and technologies, such as Microsoft Office, project management software, and analytics platformsAdditional Information

The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 157,700.00 to 205,000.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
