Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to support our paid marketing efforts. This role will focus on optimizing our marketing strategies to maximize ROI with a multi-million dollar annual budget across paid search, paid social, affiliate, programmatic video, and display campaigns. The ideal candidate will be hands-on with ad platforms, data-driven, and capable of tactical execution and strategic oversight. Experience managing internal marketing teams and agencies is crucial as this position will work closely with a small, dynamic team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Implement data-driven performance marketing strategies to achieve growth objectives.Assist in managing a multi-million dollar annual marketing budget, optimizing spend across multiple channels to achieve maximum ROI.Support a team of performance marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.Oversee aspects of paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing, programmatic video, and display advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Amazon Ads, and Impact.Utilize data analytics and KPIs to drive decisions, optimize campaigns, and report on performance to senior leadership.Collaborate cross-functionally with owned and organic marketing teams, product, analytics, and creative teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts aligned with business goals.Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, implementing cutting-edge strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Marketing, or a related field required.5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a focus on paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing, and programmatic channels.Proven track record of managing a significant marketing budget and achieving measurable results.Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Merchant Center, and Amazon Ads. Experience with the Impact platform is a plus.Hands-on experience with campaign management, optimization, and A/B testing.Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.Experience managing internal teams and external agencies effectively.
