You Are:You are a seasoned communications professional with a passion for crafting compelling narratives and engaging storytelling. With more than 10 years of experience in the field, you excel at translating complex technical information into accessible language. Your background in journalism, English, communications, engineering, or a related field has equipped you with the skills needed to shape and execute impactful communications programs within the technology industry. You thrive in fast-paced environments and are adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously. Your ability to influence senior leaders and collaborate across functions is unparalleled. You are a self-starter, known for your excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, and you are always ready to adapt to changing priorities and needs.
What You'll Be Doing:Help scale and support Synopsys' comprehensive executive communication strategy, ensuring alignment with the corporate vision and key corporate messages.Managing a speakers bureau program/process to provide visibility into external events where Synopsys executives are presenting.Help build speaking platforms for key executives, partnering with marketing and PR to maximize the impact.Coordinating with cross-functional partners to create engaging executive content and presentations for external speaking opportunities.Acting as a strategic communications advisor and partner for executives and key stakeholders across the organization.Operationalizing our corporate narrative including auditing, activating, and maintaining consistent and compelling messaging and related resources.Developing executive social media recommendations in support of executive and business priorities.The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $138,000-$206,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education. 10+ years of communications experience.Degree-level qualification in journalism, English, communications, engineering, or a related field.Experience shaping and executing technology industry communications programs.Excellent writing and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex technical information into accessible language.Ability to advise and influence senior leaders on communications approach and messaging.Demonstrated ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment.Strong program management skills and excellent cross-functional collaboration.Self-starter with the ability to handle various projects simultaneously, manage priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing needs.Who You Are:
