The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Executive Director of Marketing and other team members to execute marketing initiatives that drive engagement, awareness, and support for our educational initiatives.Duties and ResponsibilitiesAssist in the overall development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote our programs and initiatives.Improve the impact of our email marketing program through ongoing analysis, experimentation, and the creation of a cohesive journey using automation and personalization.Directly support email initiatives for events, service launches, content marketing, webinars, and partnerships.Regularly audit and clean the mailing list and maintain proper list segmentation.Create and implement strategic tactics to grow the email mailing list.Collaborate with the team to create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, newsletters, and print material, with a large focus on email marketing.Develop copy and proofread for clarity, grammar, and spelling as needed.Analyze and optimize marketing performance using data from Google Analytics 4, social media platforms, email service providers, and other available tools.Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance using analytics tools and provide insights for continuous improvement.Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.Manage special projects to keep the team organized and ensure deadlines are met.Assist in organizing and promoting events, workshops, and fundraising campaigns.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Strong passion for education, fundraising, and our mission.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong project management and organization skills.Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Proficiency in managing email marketing mailing lists.Solid understanding of Google Analytics 4 and ability to draw insights from data.Experience with content creation, copywriting, and editing.Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.Previous experience in non-profit marketing or related fields preferred.Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
