Location: Chicago, IL; Remote

Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage corporate brand architecture consistent with business strategy and direction across Primient.Establish and direct best practice, policy and standards around promotion and use of our corporate brand assets both internally and externally.Create compelling and dynamic corporate brand messaging, content, design and video assets for use in brand educational/awareness/engagement campaigns.Plan and execute corporate events/meetings, shows, tours and sponsorships to elevate brand awareness.Engage and collaborate with senior leadership and key stakeholders to drive the development and execution of messaging that embeds Company objectives and strategies.Serve as a corporate communications liaison between the Company and key internal and external stakeholders.Work with Corporate Communications team to develop an effective integrated communications plan.Work cross-departmentally with functional leadership to develop, deliver and maintain effective communications.Collaborate with senior management to define and refine the company's brand identity, positioning, and messaging.Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for brand differentiation.Develop comprehensive brand strategies that resonate with our target audience.Create compelling and consistent brand messaging across all channels.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency in all external communications.Monitor brand perception and sentiment and implement strategies to address issues.Develop and maintain relationships with media outlets to generate positive media coverage.Plan and execute PR campaigns, events, and activations to promote brand awareness.Draft press releases, articles, and manage media inquiries.Act as a spokesperson during crisis situations and develop crisis communication plans.Monitor and assess potential PR risks and proactively address them.

Qualifications/Requirements8-10 years of demonstrated experience in branding/public relations strategy development and execution.Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects.Ability to influence senior management and peers.Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.Excellent public communicator with ability to make presentations and create effective written content.Ability to build strong working relationships across levels and regions.Exceptional written and oral communications skills.Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organization and leadership skills.Proven ability to think out of the box and challenge the status quo.Fluency in using web-based and social media communications platforms.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

Day to DayCoordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency in all external communications.Monitor brand perception and sentiment and implement strategies to address issues.Draft press releases, articles, and manage media inquiries.Represent the company at community meetings and public forums.Collaborate with senior management to define and articulate the company's key messages.Serve as a liaison between the company and the community.
