We are searching for a Marketing Analyst on CMI demand side management energy efficiency on behalf of our client. This is a 6-month contract assignment. Looking for someone who is passionate about renewable energy, clean energy - solar/wind This role will be for a that supports commercial and industrial customers. This is an entry level role that does not require the need for previous utility or energy efficiency experience.
This role, however, does require a self-starter. The role is a non-traditional marketing role in that it will be more of a support/learning role. There are over 40 energy efficiency products that this team oversees. The resource will be supporting the program managers with pre-approvals, application reviews and various other administrative tasks.
Location: Minneapolis, MN or Denver, CO
This is a hybrid position: 3 days in office and 2 days remote (Monday/Friday)
The work is dictated directly from SalesForce in which the person would have set tasks assigned to them. This person would be checking emails from shared email inboxes/aliases for each of the different programs. Potential to interface with external suppliers and various trade partners such as distributers of lighting or HVAC. Channel managers are in place, however, to manage those relationships.
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree or other similar degrees.
Must have some administrative experience.
Must have experience with the business segments, such as commercial and industrial
Must be proficient with MS Office, Excel (spreadsheets), as they will be reporting (exporting, manipulating and presenting) on data.
Any other CRM familiarity would be a plus.
Resource should have at least 1-2 years of previous experience/interest/education within the space.
Must be eager to learn and again, comfortable with asking questions.
Must be a self-starter and willing to work collaboratively as part of a strong team.
Experience with Salesforce is not required, however, strongly preferred. Knowledge of any other CRM tool will be looked at favorably as well.
Experience with lean/agile project management would be great, however, not a requirement.
