This role is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of various marketing activities.What you'll do:Create ongoing, strategic dialogue cross-functionally with product management, product design, channel management and sales to ensure accurate and effective product marketing is activated to all strategic stakeholders across all platforms.Perform necessary competitive marketing analysis based on consumer insights, voice of customer and financial data. Analyzes results and takes corrective actions to guarantee achievement of product marketing objectives.Coordinates with broader Marketing team to develop and or implement the advertising and public relations campaigns, including events, sponsorships, relevant trade shows, eCommerce, brand.com, instore merchandising, online digital merchandising, and trade media.Coordinates with Creative Services and IS to ensure all new content, applications and technologies are being leveraged to meet the strategic goals of the business unit.Brief & oversee content development with Mohawk Creative to ensure the following:

Marketing content is developed and leveraged within a consistent, accurate, integrated strategy across all media.Ensures all product marketing materials are accurate, up-to-date and available for use.Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout the product lines, promotional materials, and events.

Support SBU meetings and functions as a strategic liaison and business partner within the marketing organization. Accountable for strategic alignment, reporting results and key deliverables to the business team.Primary contact to support and drive the business strategy through the marketing function.What you have:Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.2-4 years of job-related experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.What you're good at:Excellent presentation, oral, written and interpersonal skills to effectively interact across levels in the organization including leadership, COE teams, other internal and external business contacts.Ability to effectively lead project & key deliverables supported by a diverse work group; to achieve results through team efforts, and the desire and ability to motivate, persuade and direct the activities of others.Ability to manage/implement projects and/or contribute to concept development.Problem solving, analytical skills and the ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously.High level of creativity, ingenuity, and judgment required.Ability to use windows-based operating systems environment (ex.
