The Product Marketing team ensures that the marketing, advertising and creative tactics for client products and services are aligned to meet the goals of the organizations they support. Marketing Managers should be competent in marketing concepts, tactics, and activities. This includes the ability to prepare an annual market plan while developing and managing the creative strategy and determining the segmentation data modeling/targeting. This position will work with both external and internal stakeholders to identify and prioritize marketing messages, marketing channels, and paid and earned media opportunities. This role will maintain a high degree of knowledge and strategic insight on current and new marketing outreach channels. This position is accountable for the development and execution of program marketing plans, managing budgets and timelines, developing creative briefs, and ensuring that assigned program campaigns deliver on stakeholder goals.Responsibilities:

Assist in the developing and managing strategic annual marketing plans that translate program claims and features into benefits, while maximizing customer response rates and ROI.Manage, lead, and organize multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously to meet desired program goals and timelines.Collaborate with the Lead Product Marketing Manager in the development and execution of high-impact marketing strategies & initiatives.Contribute to the translation of program goals into marketing goals to ensure that annual market plans are executed as planned, including dynamic customer targeting.Support the tracking of marketing costs, providing accounting for invoice payments, and any requests from Regulatory related to marketing expenses.Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders - both external and internal - to identify and prioritize marketing strategies, messages, and channels.Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations.Conduct analysis of marketing channels to ensure KPI’s are meeting expectations.Help with the coordination of events, webinars, and other promotional activities including giveaways, collateral, graphics, and other items as needed for external vendors and program use.Create marketing presentations showcasing assets developed and results to share with program management and external vendors for quarterly business reviews.Provide insight into internal and/or external challenges and/or regulatory issues.Responsible for all outbound marketing quality assurance procedures to protect customer data.Secure marketing channels: work with Product Marketing to identify cross-selling opportunities and promotions.Job Requirements

Required/Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree2 years related work experienceDesired Qualifications:Master’s degreeIn addition to desired degree, 3+ years related work experienceAdditional Preferred Qualifications:Demonstrated advancing application of marketing theories and principlesAbility to deal with a variety of individualsGood written and oral communication skillsUnderstanding of basic principles of project managementExperience in the utility industryCustomer specific experienceWorking Conditions:

Hybrid - Work will be performed from both remote and onsite location. Master’s degree can be applied in lieu of work experience.Additional Information
