About the Role:
A Marketing Assistant at Brand Avenue supports the marketing team in executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research, and managing various marketing projects. This role requires strong organizational skills, creativity, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities:Assist in the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns.Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.Prepare and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and presentations.Coordinate and support event planning and execution, including trade shows, product launches, and promotional events.Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.Collaborate with the design team to develop marketing collateral and promotional materials.Maintain and update customer databases and mailing lists.Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining marketing budgets.Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Previous experience in a marketing role is preferred but not required.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.Benefits
