Head of Insurance Marketing – IPG

As the top executive of IPG’s digital and direct-to-consumer (DTC) business, you will lead and support a team of employees, contractors, and agencies responsible for the performance of our core insurance brands to include the digital, creative, and brand teams. Reporting to the IPG CEO, you will develop and execute a strategic roadmap to continue market-leading profitable growth by efficiently leveraging a multi-million-dollar budget. This will be accomplished by inspiring the internal and extended external teams to perform at the highest level and instilling an innovative marketing approach that utilizes tactics based on data-driven insight. A results-focused role, you’ll need a keen understanding of the emerging and ever-changing techniques in digital and social marketing, the joys and challenges of being a pet parent, as well as the strong human-animal bond consumers derive from their cats and dogs.

Your Day-to-Day

Effectively manage multiple brands and channels by understanding and building upon unique personas and nuanced audiences.

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Lead, develop, and execute SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, WhatsApp, social media, and display advertising media for the IPG brands.

Identify trends and insights and dynamically optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints by leveraging segmentation, targeting, and retargeting techniques.

Identify critical conversion points and drop-offs and continuously optimize user funnels.

Develop the annual Insurance marketing strategy and budget to support corporate objectives.

Translate strategy into executable marketing plans, go-to-market tactics, deliverables, and sales results for profitable growth.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with partners, and internal and external stakeholders to include the IPH group of marketing leaders and other executives across group brands.

Optimize leading marketing techniques to maximize campaign efforts while ensuring all underlying processes and journeys are working as designed.

Provide exceptional leadership and coaching to a dynamic team of marketers and senior leaders.

What We Ask

Hands-on experience with leading marketing campaigns for consumer brands and command of the latest marketing and content trends on main digital platforms.

10+ years of experience in a senior marketing role, with the last 5+ in DTC performance marketing.

Experience in independently running campaigns on Meta, Google, and Apple search ads.

Worked on Google Analytics and other popular tools for mobile attribution, acquisition, re-engagement.

Mastery in Marketing Technology stack such as Salesforce or other similar software.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, business, administration, or a similar area or equivalent experience.
