Sunnyvale, CAJob Description:8-10 years of experience in Technical Writing, Training and Development, and training materials creation.Understand the entire lifecycle of training, from analyzing training needs to creating content to delivery and evaluation.Ability to write across multiple modalities in learning/training and development, including live classes (ILT and vILT), online content (eLearning/SGT, video), etc.Understand the latest release of tools, apps, and relevant information to effectively create and deliver content; additional ability to answer questions around content.Develop content on macOS, iOS, and iPad; use a variety of tools to create content, such as editing software, LMS/CMS, and content creation tools/software.Create training materials designed for in-person and distance-learning/self-paced, including in-person and remote audience (Instructor Led Content).Develop web-based content such as instructional/informational videos and interactive self-guided format courses, including pre-production, production, and post-production.Deliver thoughtfully designed work which maximizes ease of use across a variety of audiences while maintaining aesthetically pleasing interfaces and materials.Provide regular communications, including updates in meetings and via online communication tools, with various stakeholders and leadership.Domain: Strategic Research and Writing, Continual Learning, Training and Development.Regards,Pallavi VermaSr. Technical Recruiter | Syntricate Technologies Inc.Direct:
