The consulting services we provide help deliver on that vision, and help our clients move with momentum through their toughest business challenges. As we continue to drive toward delivering an Unmatched Client Experience, we need a Marketer to help drive growth in our internally named Risk Advisory 1 Practice unit. This role will focus on primarily serving the middle market across several service lines including Internal Audit, Enterprise Risk & Quantitative Advisory (ERQA), Financial Services Regulatory, CFO & Business Advisory, Search, Technology Consulting and TALENT SHIFT, LLC.The RAS1 Marketer will act as a liaison for marketing initiatives across all segments that leverage RAS 1 service lines offerings. This role will also bridge communication and marketing gaps from the RAS 1 service lines to the F1000 and Healthcare segment marketing teams and will work closely with the National marketing centers of excellence, in addition to the National Industry Marketing teams. This role will be accountable for providing a blend of strategic marketing planning/execution and project management leadership. The position requires innovative and client-focused collaboration with our Consulting leadership and other marketing professionals with the goal of articulating our vision for unmatched client experiences through a comprehensive marketing strategy. This is a creative and fast-paced role serving a key driver of growth for our organization.How you will contribute:Drive and manage the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for respective practice unit. Integrated campaigns include but are not limited to print, digital and social media tactical elements.Annually help plan and develop strategic content and event plans for the Service Lines inside of the respective practice unit. This includes discovery conversations with leaders to identify the ideal client profiles, current and ongoing client pain points, and service line growth plans. The planning process also includes marketing objectives and campaign planning, messaging, tactical planning, and budgeting. The process culminates with presenting to stakeholders across the firm.Strategically manage, curate, and plan the distribution of thought leadership using firm centers of excellence support (content marketing).Drawing on resources of the firm, produce series of webinars targeted at clients and prospects. This also includes analyzing webinar attendee reports, distributing results to client service personnel and monitoring, and executing follow-up activities.Create and manage the execution of marketing collateral to support the practice unit growth including solution sheets, pitchbook materials, landing/website pages, and other internal or external materials.Plan and execute firm participation in industry trade shows and conferences. This includes sponsorship negotiation, planning and attending onsite events, booth logistics and follow-up activities.Create relationships with and support marketing activities of client service professionals within the market.Provide marketing, editing, and formatting help into large, complex sales pursuits and written proposals as requested.Conduct business intelligence research and build target pursuit lists.Collaborate closely with the web developer to ensure the firm's relevant web site content is current and search engines are maximized.Deeply understand and implement the firm's brand and the Consulting positioning and how those translate to all audiences of the firm.We are looking for people with Forward Vision and:Ability to plan and organize workload including readjusting due dates and communicating those upward to stakeholders and management.Ability to consult with a purpose, provide valuable marketing and industry subject matter expertise, and work closely and effectively with all levels of management with a high degree of professionalism.Dedication to producing quality work and to consistently delivering results that go above the minimum requirements.Must be a collaborator with a cheerful outlook.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field.3 years or more of experience in marketing communications or marketing content role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.Preferred Qualifications:Marketing experience with a professional services firm a plus.City:
