Join SHEIN and be the future!Position SummaryWe’re seeking a full-time Digital Designer I for our Los Angeles-based corporate office. The Digital Designer will be a member of the SHEIN design team, creating our digital marketing assets: email marketing campaign design, landing pages, and marketing print materials. The right candidate is an expert in graphic design, will have great attention to detail, a good eye for selecting photographic images, strong typography skills, and be methodical in their work.Job ResponsibilitiesSupport the creative web team to create digital marketing assets: email, homepage, landing page, social assets, and print materials.Provide fresh design ideas and execute new web, mobile, app, and email experiences under the supervision of the Design Manager.Work closely and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, marketing, PR, web production, event management, and global teams.Keep designs up-to-date with trends in photography, fashion, and social media.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, or Fine Arts.Minimum 2+ years of digital design experience within a high-paced, cross-functional creative environment, preferably in fashion e-commerce.Must have an online portfolio of work that demonstrates a strong understanding of typography, digital design trends, and online visual communication.Highly creative in typography and web page layout. Experience in UX/UI design is a plus.Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Keynote, and InDesign in a Mac environment.Must be able to work as a team member but also be resourceful as a self-starter.
