Overview:We are excited to announce the opening of our first USA location in Houston, and we are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media & Sales Coordinator to join our team. Our brand is a disruptive force in the luxury industry, having revolutionized the diamond market. In this role, you will work directly with the CEO, playing a crucial part in establishing our presence in the U.S. market. This position offers significant growth potential, with the opportunity to advance into an executive role as we expand.Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage social media content that reflects our brand’s innovative and luxury ethos, driving customer engagement and brand awareness.Handle online customer inquiries through social media platforms, converting leads into sales and enhancing customer satisfaction.Collaborate closely with the CEO and sales team to create and execute social media campaigns that promote our store and products, both online and in-store.Engage with customers in-store, offering personalized service and driving sales in our first U.S. location.Monitor and report on social media performance, providing insights and strategies to continuously improve.Assist with visual merchandising and in-store displays, ensuring they align with our brand's disruptive luxury identity.Support general store operations, including inventory management and customer service, contributing to the overall success of our Houston launch.Requirements:Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) and the latest trends in digital marketing.Previous experience in sales or customer service, particularly in luxury or retail, is a plus.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively both online and in-person.Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and storytelling, particularly in the context of luxury branding.Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Passionate about luxury brands, fashion, and retail, with a desire to grow within the company.Flexible schedule, with availability to work weekends and evenings as required.What We Offer:A unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO of a disruptive luxury brand that has transformed the diamond industry.The chance to be a key player in launching our first USA location, with significant potential for career growth into an executive role.A competitive hourly wage, with the possibility of bonuses based on sales performance.A supportive and collaborative work environment in a brand-new store.
