Responsibilities:Manage employee communications planning and implementation efforts including supporting the day-to-day internal communications needs of the New Diversey “Receiving” team and drafting messages according to guidelines.Collaborate with Global Corporate Communications to clone the Intranet and then adapt it into a Diversey-specific platform that supports the separation, animates the Diversey brand and creates a dynamic and engaging platform for future internal communications.Extract and leverage the Populo (Newsweaver) internal communications platform. Manage distribution lists, monitor message cadence; finalize, format and distribute messages. Report on analytics and propose ways to improve click-through rates.Identify, draft and distribute/post content for multi-platform vehicles, including the intranet, newsletters, videos, e-mail announcements, Town Hall toolkits, leader webcasts/podcasts, blogs and other forms of internal social media supporting information and change management needs related to the separation.Play a key role in obtaining separation-related information from functions in order to build the content for the Day 1 Playbook. Traffic manage inputs and outputs from around the world. Draft sections and follow through to approval. Leverage design and digital team partners to layout and post content. Maintain content through Day 1. Report on completion status and barriers.Support the organization and creation of HR communications related to Day 1 onboarding. Liaise with HR colleagues and external resources to coordinate message readiness with country-level timelines. Shepherd materials through approval and distribution.Assist with internal roll out of brand and Diversey culture from a tactical and change management perspective.Plan separation-related events.

Qualifications:5+ years of experience focused on employee communications in medium to large corporate environments.Strong organization skills; experience tracking project progression.Superb writing and editing skills, with a strong sense of narrative and storytelling.Experience developing and managing Intranet sites.Proficiency using social media to reach and engage employees.Working effectively and building strong working relationships with subject matter experts and communications contacts around the world.A high level of professional integrity and the ability to handle sensitive issues and situations with discretion.The ability to simultaneously manage multiple responsibilities and deliver high quality communications under tight deadlines.Excellent PowerPoint skills and the ability to create compelling graphics, videos and other visuals to help tell a story.Detail-oriented.Proactive, self-starter.Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workflow.Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications or other relevant field.
