We invite qualified applicants to apply for our Communication Coordinator, Graduate Programs opening!This position will have four primary functions. This position will:• Develop and implement communication strategies to effectively convey information about graduate programs.• Collaborate with program directors and faculty to ensure accurate representation of program offerings.• Follow up with leads generated through graduate marketing initiatives, engage their interest, and facilitate the matriculation process.• Often serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and visitors of the graduate programs (i.e., MBA, MBAN, MFin, and MPAcc). Respond to questions from prospective students and parents regarding enrollment confirmation and registration processes.Minimum Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree• At least 3 years of experience working in a professional environment• Experience with students and faculty in higher education• Excellent skills with Microsoft Office suite of products and Adobe Acrobat• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks• Ability to work with limited supervision• High quality written and oral communication skills• Excellent skills in proofreading and business communication editing• High level of detail orientation• Customer service skills• Experience working with confidential dataPreferred Qualifications:While not everyone may possess all of the preferred qualifications, the ideal candidate will bring many of the following:• Proficiency with University systems such as Banner, Cognos, DegreeWorks, Salesforce, CIM, Runway, Cascade, etc.• Experience in graduate higher education• Experience with marketing campaignsSpecial Instructions to Applicants:To apply please submit a cover letter addressing each minimum qualification and any applicable preferred qualifications that you meet.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
