We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Photo Editor to join our dynamic team. As a Photo Editor, you will play a crucial role in the creation and enhancement of visually compelling content that represents the company's brand. The ideal candidate will possess excellent editing skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating visually appealing imagery. Responsibilities:Collaborate with the creative team to identify photo needs and develop visual concepts.Edit and retouch photos to meet company standards and enhance the visual appeal of marketing materials.Ensure consistency in image quality, color, and style across all platforms and campaigns.Research and stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques in photo editing.Manage and organize the company's photo library, ensuring it is well-maintained and easily accessible.Support the creative team in various photo-related tasks, such as resizing, cropping, and formatting images for different platforms.Assist in the planning and execution of photoshoots, including selecting locations, arranging props, and coordinating with models and photographers.Requirements:Proven experience as a Photo Editor or similar role.Proficient in using industry-standard photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.Strong understanding of color correction, retouching, and image manipulation techniques.Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, as well as independently on assigned tasks.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey ideas and feedback to colleagues and clients.
