Pathlabs is seeking a highly qualified and motivated

Senior Graphic Designer

for its Marketing department. Our Marketing department focuses on building and promoting the Pathlabs brand to ensure that our target market, independent advertising agencies, understand the benefits of working with a MEP.Ideal candidates will possess strong graphic design, illustration, presentation, organization, and conceptualization skills. A strong background in graphic design for a corporate B2B brand is preferred, with a proven track record of producing high-quality visual content that resonates with business audiences.We are looking for a senior designer who can push the Pathlabs brand while maintaining our existing brand guidelines. You should enjoy shaping the bigger picture and possess an eagerness to learn about our unique industry. You will be responsible for leading the design process, creating compelling visuals, and ensuring brand consistency across all internal and external materials.Primary activities include, but are not limited to:Expanding and maintaining existing brand guidelines to align with upcoming brand evolution - both internally and externallyActively participating and leading group brainstorming/concept development sessions with VP of Marketing and other key stakeholdersInterpreting needs and creating innovative designs to effectively convey design ideasTaking ownership of all areas of the design process from initial prototype to creation to the preparation of final creative assetsLeading the design and development of visually compelling marketing materials to support integrated campaigns, including collateral, media assets, website landing pages, blog updates, social media graphics, email marketing designs, infographics, and moreDeveloping eye-catching creative assets to support sales enablement including presentations, iconography, one sheets, vertical playbooks, and moreHelping create new design and marketing elements for our website and assorted marketing channels.Must be comfortable with web design, including knowledge in HTML5, CSS, working with SquareSpace, Hubspot or other website platformsContributing to the creation and upkeep of common visuals for all of Pathlabs’ sales and marketing initiativesWorking closely with key stakeholders, taking direction and implementing changes to improve design and consistently adhere to brand standardsAbility to lead design initiatives and work closely across the marketing team to help facilitate design direction and assist with other projects, as neededCommunicating and problem-solving daily with teammates, vendors, and other key stakeholdersWork closely with external vendors and partners when necessary to ensure the successful execution of design projectsPrioritizing projects and handling multiple tasks efficiently, meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standardsStaying updated with industry trends and best practices to keep Pathlabs’ designs fresh and innovativeProviding input to continually improve the creative processAnd other duties as needed to evolve this positionWhat You Will Bring

7+ Years Experience in Visual/Graphic DesignExperience with a corporate B2B brand or in-house design team is preferredProficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Google Slides, Google Docs, and Google SheetWeb development knowledge: HTML5 and CSSWorking within SquareSpace, Hubspot or other website and email platformsStrong data visualization design skillsIdeal candidates will have an advanced understanding of corporate B2B marketingExcellent communication and organizational skillsHighly motivated to excel with a strong work ethic and initiativeResourceful, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslyAbility to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.Alignment with Pathlabs’ Core Values:Unforgettable ServicePeople FirstOwn ItMaster the craftNice To Have, Not Required

Experience with digital advertising, ad buying platforms, AdTech industry, etc.Proven leadership experience of 3+ yearsWorking knowledge of Adobe Premiere and/or After EffectsVideo & Photography SkillsAnimation experienceWhat We Provide
