Bachelor’s Degree although Master PreferredMust have valid MA Driver License3-5 years’ experience working for Educational Institution preferredNon-Profit experience preferredSome Tasks
Ability to call and speak to school district staffContact each school district multiple times to build relationshipsBusiness DevelopmentMust have strong written communication skillsAbility to adapt to a fast-changing environmentMust have a strength in proofreading documents for spelling, grammar, and punctuationAssist with fundraising as needed day of event and administrativelyLiaison between different committees and the Executive DirectorAbility to create strong working relationships with referral sourcesMaintain and update all databasesHave extensive knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, FileMaker Pro, and InDesignGood working knowledge of standard office equipment (Computer, Scanner, Fax, and Copiers)Have extraordinary people skillsCreate marketing pieces that are eye-catchingMaintain monthly mailingsDeadline orientedCover for other support staff during vacations, sick time, and breaks if necessaryOther tasks as directed by the Executive DirectorBenefit Conditions
